摘 要:以YKK400-66、90kW中型高压异步电动机为例,根据流体力学和传热学理论及求解传热问题的能量方程,建立了电机转子的三维数学模型和物理模型,给出相应的基本假设和边界条件,采用有限体积法对流体场和温度场控制方程进行耦合求解,计算出了高压异步电动机转子径向通风沟内流体速度与温度,电机转子的温度场分布。对计算结果进行分析,得出了一些有益的结论。研究结果可以为更加准确的计算电机定子内温度场分布做好准备。Taking a YKK400-6 690kW medium-sized high-voltage induction motor as an example,this paper gives the solved equations of heat transfer according to the theory of fluid dynamics and heat transfer.The mathematical model and physical model of 3D rotor were established,and the boundary conditions and basic assumptions of the solved region were given.By solving the coupled equations on fluid field and temperature field using finite volume method,the fluid velocity and temperature in radial ventilation ducts of rotor and temperature field of rotor were computed.The calculated results were analyzed and some useful conclusions were gotten.The results can provide preparation for more accurate calculation of stator temperature field.
