向日葵黑茎病发生规律及综合防治技术研究

摘　　要：【目的】向日葵黑茎病Leptosphaeria lindquistii Frezzi,无性态:Phoma macdonaldii Boerma是国内新发生的检疫性病害,严重威胁着我国向日葵产业的发展。对新疆向日葵黑茎病发生分布、危害、病原菌、症状及发病规律等进行了综述,提出了防控对策。【结果】明确了向日葵黑茎病在新疆的发生分布范围、症状特征、病原形态和发病规律。【结论】向日葵黑茎病现分布新疆伊犁哈萨克自治州、博尔塔拉蒙古自治州、昌吉回族自治州9县3市;田间症状为叶柄处黑色椭圆形病斑,造成植株死亡;日照时数与病情指数呈负相关,与降雨次数无关,与降雨量呈正相关,与日照时数呈负相关;加强以植物检疫和种植抗病品种为主的防控措施,能控制其发生蔓延危害。[Objective and Method]Sunflower black stem disease is the new quarantine diseases,which is seriously threatening the development of the sunflower industry in China.This article summarized the research results and provided its countermeasures.[Result]The results indicated that it clarified sunflower black stem disease distribution,characteristic symptoms,pathogen patterns,law of occurrence disease in the Xinjiang region.[Conclusion] Sunflower black stem disease is a risk of foreign quarantine disease,a serious risk to the sunflower industry development in Xinjiang and China.Strengthening quarantine measures can effectively control its occurrence.
