摘  要:【目的】采用室内盆栽接菌和田间人工病圃2种方式开展不同亚麻品种对枯萎病抗病性试验,以科学快速地评价亚麻品种对枯萎病的抗性水平。【方法】采用室内盆栽接菌和人工病圃2种方式进行亚麻品种对枯萎病的抗病性试验。【结果】SU、TX-3、MARYLIN、法C等4个品种的P值均在60%以上,达中度抗病;TX-13、TX-14、法A、FANY等4个品种的P值在30%~60%,为中度感病。亚麻品种对枯萎病的抗病性在室内盆栽接菌试验与田间人工病圃试验中的表现结果基本一致。【结论】室内接菌抗病性试验与田间病圃抗性试验相比具有试验时间短、受环境因素制约较小等优点,可以作为品种资源抗性的初选。[Objective]The systematic research was made on Fusarium wilt resistance of flax varieties by inoculation in room and flax blight nursery,so that quickly evaluate Fusarium wilt resistance of flax varieties.[Method]The experiment was made by inoculation in room and flax blight nursery.[Result]P values of SU,TX-3,MARYLIN and fa C were all above 60% and reached mid-degree disease resistance.P values of TX-13,TX-14,fa A and FANY were between 30%-60% and for mid-degree susceptibility.The experiment made by inoculation in room and flax blight nursery had basically consistent result.[Conclusion]Compared with flax blight nursery,the anti-disease experiments made by inoculation in room were superior in short time for the experiment and little inhibited by environment factors.
