摘 要:【目的】通过在哈密地区葡萄白粉病发病规律研究,摸清葡萄白粉病发病规律及生物学特性,明确病害流行的主导因素,进行高效低毒低残留农药的筛选试验,为葡萄白粉病的防治提供技术保障。【方法】2003~2009年,定点对葡萄白粉病发病时间、发生规律、筛选药剂进行试验。【结果】葡萄白粉病初期发病为6月下旬~7月初,发病高峰期为7月下旬~8月中旬。温度20~30℃、大面积种植感病品种有利于病害流行。杜邦福星、敌力康、40%信生防效,分别达86.89%、1.84.02%和81.32%。【结论】加强葡萄防病栽培技术的应用,在葡萄白粉病发病初期采用杜邦福星、敌力康、信生高效低毒农药进行统防统治,喷药2次,间隔10 d喷一次,可以有效控制葡萄白粉病。[Objective]The powdery mildew of grape in intensive areas of Hami was investigated,to find out the rules and biological characteristics to clarify the dominant factor in disease outbreak to lest efficient toxicity screening of low-residue fungicides for grape powdery mildew Prevention to provide technical support.[Method]The survey on time of diseases,affecting factors,medicament test was conducted in 2003-2009.[Result]Early onset of grape powdery mildew for the beginning of June,the peak incidence was in mid-July.Temperature of 20℃-30℃,large-scale cultivation conducive to disease were advantageous to the epidemics of Grape powdery mildew.The biocontrol efficiency of DuPont Fuxing,the diniconazole and 40% WP myclobutanil are 86.89%,84.02% and 81.32%.[Conclusion]The prevention diseases from their spreading should be strengthened,spraying 2 times,spraying fungicides once every 10 days can effectively control grape powdery mildew.
