摘 要:【目的】对采自新疆地区的萤叶甲亚科昆虫进行生物多样性分析。【方法】用多样性测度方法。【结果】(1)采集萤叶甲亚科昆虫标本2 938号,分隶于6属16种(含3亚种),北疆地区种类和数量最多,而南疆地区种类和数量最少;(2)在5个生境中,多样性指数林间草地最高,杨柳林最低;物种丰富度指数亚高山草甸最高,杨柳林最低;均匀度指数杨柳林最高,农田最低;(3)北疆地区近30 a萤叶甲亚科昆虫的种类和数量增加显著。【结论】自然地理条件复杂,植被发育较好的地区,种类和数量较丰富,可用于监测萤叶甲害虫的发生。[Objective]The biodiversity of Galerucinae in Xinjiang were surveyed.[Method]Diversity indices were applied to measure the biodiversity.[Result](1)2 938 specimens were collected and 16 species(contained 3 subspecies) belonging to 6 genera,the species and numbers of Galerucinae from nouthern Xinjiang were maximum,but the species and numbers of that southern Xinjiang were minimum;(2)in five kinds of habitat,species diversity index was the highest in interforest grassland,on the contrary,that of willow forest was the lowest;species richness index was the highest in sub-alpine meadows,that of willow forest was the lowest;however,evenness index was the highest in willow forest,that of farmland was the lowest;(3)the species and numbers of Galerucinae were distinctly increased in nouthern Xinjiang in recent 30 years.[Conclusion]There were abundant biological species and numbers in the regions where there were complicated natural and geographical conditions and better vegetation development,which can be applied to survey comprehensive prevention of Galerucinae pest.
