摘　　要：本文通过分析美军军事医学科研社会化发展特点,即科研机构职能由自行研究向军代表制转变,科研重心由军民结合向军队专用调整,由陆军为主向特殊军兵种倾斜,科研方式由自研为主向民研通用、军研专用调整,科研成果由"军队化"向"社会化"转变,提出了调整我军军事医学学科结构、优化机构设置、创新科研模式、打造支撑体系等启示,为我军军事医学科研军民融合式发展建设提供参考借鉴。This paper outlines the trends of development of military medical scientific research socialization in the US Armed Forces,including the function transformation of scientific research institutions from independent research to military delegates,from the military-civilian combined research to military specializated tasks,from military missions to services and arms tasks,from independent research to civilian research for common tasks and military research for special tasks,and from the generalization of military medical research to civilian application.Some revelations such as adjusting the structure of military medical subjects,optimizing organization settings,innovating scientific research modes,and building scientific support systems are put forth for reference by our army.
