摘　　要：目的获得A20结合核因子抑制蛋白(A20 binding inhibitor of NF-κB activation,ABIN1)的多克隆抗体。方法利用钥孔虫戚血蓝蛋白(KLH)偶联肽段为抗原免疫新西兰兔,获得抗血清。分别用ELISA、免疫荧光法和Western印迹检测对抗体进行鉴定。结果与结论成功制备出兔抗人ABIN1抗血清,为进一步研究ABIN1的生物学功能提供了工具。Objective To establish polyclonal antibody against A20 binding inhibitor of NF-κB activation（ABIN1）and identify theirs specific biological activity.Methods KLH was utilized as coupling peptide to immunize New Zealand rabbits and obtain anti-serum.The specificity of antiserum against ABIN1 was characterized by ELISA,Western blot and immunofluorescence.Results and Conclusion The successful preparation of the polyclonal antibody against human ABIN1 would provide efficient tools for further functional studies.
