摘　　要：结核分枝杆菌(Mycobacterium. tuberculosis,MTB)是结核病的病原菌。富含甘氨酸的独特蛋白质家族——PE/PPE蛋白家族编码基因约占整个MTB菌基因组的10%,该蛋白家族可能是细菌毒力和抗原变异的主要来源,对其结构和生物学功能的研究将对结核感染的血清学诊断和结核菌苗的开发具有重要意义。Mycobacterium tuberculosis（MTB）is a pathogenic bacteria of tuberculosis.proline-glutamic acid（PE）/proline-proline-glutamic acid（PPE）genes,accounting for approximately 10% of the coding capacity of the MTB genome,encode glycine-rich proteins carrying PE or PPE motifs found near the N-terminal and hence named the PE/PPE proteins families.The proteins families may play a role in virulence and antigenic variation.Investigating the structure and biological function of PE/PPE proteins may serve as potential targets for the serological diagnosis and vaccine development.
