摘　　要：风险识别是数字图书馆知识产权风险管理的基础和前提。文章采用等级全息建模法(HHM)的原理和方法从数字图书馆的建设流程、数字图书馆的资源、风险对象、风险范围、风险层次、项目管理等六个子域描述复杂的数字图书馆的管理,构建HHM框架,然后在此基础上采用HHM子框架剖析数字图书馆知识产权问题上存在的风险因素并对数字图书馆知识产权问题进行识别,最后建立了数字图书馆知识产权风险识别模型。Risk identification is the basis of intellectual property risk management in digital libraries. Using the theory and methods of HHM, this article describes the complex management of digital library according to the process of digital libraries, the digital library resources, risk objects, areas of risk, risk levels and project mauagement, and builds HHM framework, then uses HHM sub-layer frame- work to analyze the risk factors on the issues of intellectual property in digital libraries based on the HH framework. At last, it establishes a risk identification model of intellectual property in digital libraries.
