摘　　要：构建了专利综合实力评价指标体系,并利用主成分分析方法对全国31个省、市、自治区进行了专利综合实力评价和专利综合实力层次划分。通过与经济发展水平比较,分析了专利发展存在的问题,并提出了推动地区专利发展的对策建议。The research establishes an evaluation index system of patent comprehensive strength, and then： evaluates and classifies patent comprehensive strength of 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions by the method of principal component analysis. By comparing with the level of economic development, the paper analyzes the problems that exist, and proposes solutions to enhance the regional patent development.
