摘　　要：从所要达到的经济效率考虑,高速梳理机上纤维材料的梳理要求不断地优化配置工艺参数以使所加工的纤维材料达到最高的产品质量.要做到这一点必须将主要的注意力集中于锡林与盖板之间的主梳理区,因为从除杂、减少棉结及平行伸直纤维方面来看,这里仍是最有效的梳理区.介绍了Tr(?)tzschler公司的高速梳理机.The carding of fiber material on high production cards demands continuous optimization of the setting paramenters in order to obtain maximum quality from the processed raw material, under consideration of the required economic efficiency. In doing so, the utmost attention needs to be directed to the primary carding zone between cylinder and flat because this is still where the most efficient carding work is carried out in regard to cleaning, nep-reduction, and fiber parallelization. The high production card DK903 on Truetzschler is presented in this article.
