来氟米特与吗替麦考酚酯治疗儿童难治性肾病综合征疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较来氟米特(LEF)联合激素与吗替麦考酚酯(MMF)联合激素治疗难治性肾病综合征(RNS)的疗效。方法选择67例儿童RNS,实验组(32例)为LEF联合激素治疗,对照组(35例)为MMF联合激素治疗,测定2组RNS患儿治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量、血浆清蛋白(ALB)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、血肌酐(Cr)及尿素氮(BUN)等指标,并作比较分析。结果 LEF联合激素与MMF联合激素均可用于治疗RNS;且总体效果相似。结论 LEF联合激素与MMF联合激素治疗RNS均有效。Objective To compare the effect of leflunomide and mycophenolate mofetil（MMF） in the treatment of refractory nephropathy syndrome.Methods 67 cases of juvenile refractory nephropathy syndrome were studied.Thirty-two of refractory nephropathy syndrome were treated with leflunomide and prednisone.Other thirty-five cases were treated with mycophenolate mofetil and prednisone.Clinical data were observed at begining and 6 months after treatment.The clinical parameters were compared between the two groups.Results Leflunomide and prednisone in the treatment of refractory nephropathy syndrome were effective,mycophenolate mofeil and prednisone in the treatment of refractory nephropathy syndrome were effective too.The effect′s had no statistic difference.Conclusion Leflunomide and prednisone in the treatment of refractory nephropathy syndrome is effective.
