摘　　要：目的从超声显示的胎儿宫内状态研究胎教存在的客观性。方法用四维彩色多普勒超声(彩超)对胎儿宫内的情态及对母体语言安慰、抚摸及播放轻音乐产生反应的个例进行实时观察,对观察数据进行统计学分析。结果四维彩超显示宫内胎儿神情、动作十分丰富,且对母体的胎教行为有直接反应。结论胎儿有丰富的自发感情及行为,并对外界的刺激有即时反应,为胎教存在的客观性提供了直接依据。Objective To investigate the objectivity of fetal education by the state of intrauterine fetus from 4D color ultrasound.Methods To investigate the real-time current state of intrauterine fetus and the fetal respondse to the language lonsolation and fondling from the premother and the extrauterine fetologic music by means of 4D color Doppler ultrasound.The observation data were statistically analized.Results The expressions and movements of fetuses were abound in the uterine,and the fetus could react directly to the education action from premother.Conclusion The fetus has feelings and motor activities spontaneously and can respond directly to incentive outside the uterine,which give us the direct basis for the objectivity of fetal education.
