氟罗沙星、阿莫西林和埃索美拉唑三联疗法根治幽门螺杆菌60例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察氟罗沙星、阿莫西林、埃索美拉唑三联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌(HP)的临床疗效,并与克拉霉素、甲硝唑、奥美拉唑三联疗法进行比较。方法将经14C-尿素呼气试及快速尿素酶试验证实为HP感染的120例患者随机分为A、B两组。A组(60例)患者口服氟罗沙星400 mg,1次/d,阿莫西林1 000 mg,2次/d,埃索美拉唑20 mg,2次/d,共1周;B组(60例)患者口服克拉霉素500 mg,2次/d,甲硝唑400 mg,2次/d,奥美拉唑20 mg,2次/d,共1周。疗程结束4周后复查14C-尿素呼气试验及快速尿素酶试验,了解HP根除情况。结果 HP根除率:A组和B组分别为91.67%(55/60)、80.00%(48/60),两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟罗沙星、阿莫西林、埃索美拉唑三联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌疗效优于克拉霉素、甲硝唑、奥关拉唑三联疗法。Objective To observe the efficacy of fleroxacin,amoxicillin and esomeprazole based triple therapy on eradication of Helicobacter pylori infection,and compare with clarithromycin,metronidazole and omeprazole based triple therapy.Methods 120 patients with Hp infection confirmed by rapid urease test（RUT） and 14C一urea breath test（UBT）,divided into two groups A and B randomly.Group A（60 cases） was treated with fleroxacin 400mg,once a day,amoxicillin 1000mg,twice a day,esomeprazole 20mg,twice a day,for 1 week.Group B（60 cases） with clarithromycin 500mg,twice a day,metronidazole 400mg,twice a day,omeprazole 20mg,twice a day for 1 week.After 4 weeks,14C一urea breath test and rapid urease test（RUT） were employed to review the Hp eradicate situation.Results Hp eradication rate： group A and group B were 91.67%（55/60） and 80.00%（48/60）.The difference between Group A and Group B was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The efficacy of fleroxacin,amoxicillin and esomeprazole based triple therapy on eradication Helicobacter pylori infection is superior than that of clarithromycin,metronidazole and omeprazole based triple therapy.
