摘  要:目的探讨23种常用生化试剂间在使用时存在的交叉污染情况和设置合理的测试项目排序表。方法 23种常用生化试剂各取两份(试剂1和试剂2),分别当标本进行23个项目的检测,筛查出某些试剂对某个项目存在污染,基于基质效应,进一步用一份混合血清均分为两份,一份加等量生理盐水,另一份加等量试剂进行检测,从而确定交叉污染存在的情况,并根据存在的交叉污染情况设置出合理的测试项目排序表。结果通过实验发现,在常用的23种试剂中,ALT、AST、TP、ALB、TBA、CK、CK-MB、P、Mg、CREA、UA分别受到不同试剂不同程度的影响。结论在常用的生化试剂中,有相当部分的试剂间存在着一定的交叉污染情况,因此在全自动生化分析仪上使用时,应注意项目间的合理设置,以减少交叉污染。Objective To investigate the 23 kinds of commonly used biochemical reagents in the use of existing cross-contamination and constitution reasonable of test item row preface form.Methods The 23 kinds of commonly used biochemical reagents detect separately as 23 projects,screening out of certain reagents on the existence of pollution for a particular project.Based on the matrix effects,further,using a mixed serum split into two,one of contour saline,the other contour detection reagents to determine the existence of cross-contamination,according to existence of cross a pollution circumstance a constitution reasonable of test item row preface form.Results 23 kinds of commonly used reagents,one of ALT,AST,TP,ALB,TBA,CK,CK-MB,P,Mg,CREA,UA separately by different reagents to varying degrees influence.Conclusion In the commonly used biochemical reagents,the reagent has a considerable part of the existence of inter-are a certain amount of cross-contamination,therefore,fully automatic biochemical analyzer in use,should be paid attention to give a reasonable inter-project settings,in order to reduce cross-contamination.
