水电站半地下厂房后浇带方案的机组振动响应复核

摘  要:针对赤道几内亚吉部洛电站半地下厂房,采用后浇带设计方案,厂房不存在变形缝,4台机组为一整体结构,形成了超过50m的大跨度混凝土高边墙和楼板,超出了厂房设计规范的最大允许跨度.为了验证这种大跨度结构在机组运行过程中是否会产生过大变形,影响结构安全与人员健康,采用谐响应分析法对此厂房结构3台机组和4台机组同时运行工况的厂房振动响应进行模拟,得出后浇带方案下机组运行引起的结构振动响应幅值未超出规范的允许值,因此采用后浇带设计方案合理.In light of the semi-underground powerhouse of Jibuluo Power Station in Equatorial Guinea, the late poured band was adopted to the powerhouse without deformation cracks and four units were made up an integral structure, which formed the large-span concrete high wall and floor more than 50 m that was beyond the maximum allowable span specified in the design standard of powerhouse. In order to testify whether excessive deformation would occur in the large-span structure and the structure safety as well as staff health would be affected during units operation, the response of powerhouse vibration was simulated respectively by harmonic response method under the working conditions of three units and four units. The conclusion indicated that the scope of structural vibration responses didn' t exceed the allowable value, caused by units operation with the late poured band scheme. So this design program was reasonable.
