摘　　要：为了实现黄河水资源的合理配置,实施流域水资源的统一管理和调度,采用Wonderware公司的In-Touch组态软件二次开发了黄河下游引黄涵闸现地监控系统.通过几年的系统的运行,表明控制软件实用可靠,响应及时,功能强大.实现了对涵闸工作现场的监测、监控和监视的目的.In order to realize the reasonable water allocation, unified management and scheduling of water resource in the Yellow River Basin are implemented. The Yellow River Conservancy Commission second-develops the local control system of intake sluices in the Lower Yellow with the configuration software InTouch from Wonderware Company. Through years of system operation, practice shows that the local control system of intake sluices in the Lower Yellow was practical, reliable and responding promptly, and the targets of measuring, surveillance, monitoring of the local intake sluices are realized.
