芦荟纳米银在真丝织物上的应用研究

摘　　要：为赋予真丝制品新的功能,拓展其应用领域,采用自制的芦荟纳米银溶液整理真丝织物,测试其抗菌和抗紫外性能。研究表明,采用植物芦荟可成功制备纳米银,整理的真丝织物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率可达99.71%和99.54%,且耐洗性良好。真丝织物的UPF值由处理前的6.52提高到处理后的36.62,且洗涤50次后UPF值仍可达24以上。芦荟纳米银整理真丝织物具有良好的抗菌性能和紫外线屏蔽效果。In order to realize the multifunctionality of silk product and develop its application,aloe nano-silver solution was prepared.Then the silk fabrics were treated with aloe nano-silver solution,and their anti-bacterial properties and anti-UV properties were studied.The results showed the finished silk fabrics had good antibacterial performances and anti-UV properties.Bacteriostatic rate respectively reached 99.71 % and 99.54 % against Escherichia coli（E.coli） and Staphylococcus aureus（S.aureus） with good washing durability,and the anti-UV properties were enhanced distinctly,with the UPF value from original 6.52 to 36.62 and still maintained up to 24 after washing 50 times.
