摘　　要：随着知识经济时代的信息通讯技术日益发达,无层级、扁平化的网络组织结构应运而生,它是一种适应建筑企业动态联盟的新型组织模式。本文从网络组织内在结构特点和动态联盟模式理论角度对网络组织类型和各成员企业价值关系模型进行了分析,进而为建筑企业动态联盟模式建立相适应的网络组织运行平台和治理结构。With the increasing development of information and communication technology,non-layer and flat network structure has come into being,which is a new organizational mode adapted to dynamic alliance in construction industry.Based on the features of the internal structure of network and the theory of dynamic alliance mode,this paper analyses the types of network organization and the value relation model between member enterprises,and establishes a proper network organization operating platform and management structure for dynamic alliance mode in construction industry.
