就业视角下大学生“阶梯式”实践能力培养

摘　　要：知识经济时代和国际人才竞争激烈的今天,实践能力被视为大学生必备的基本能力,实践能力培养已成为高等教育不可忽视的重要内容。顺应社会需要,通过课堂教学开发智能、课程实验拓展深度、校园文化强势推进、实习基地灵活训练、人文素养储备张力、社会实践综合运用的"阶梯式"贯通,改善现时期大学生实践能力弱化状况,推动社会价值创造和大学生顺利就业之实现。In the era of knowledge economy and the time of international talent fierce competition,college students＇ practical capability is regarded as their essential capability,and its cultivation has become an important content that couldn＇t be ignored in higher education.Conforming to the times,we should explore intelligence in the class,extend the depth of course experiment,strongly promote campus culture,train the capability in the practice base,reserve the tension of humanities,and synthetically apply the social practices.Through these ＂multistep＂ methods,we can improve the weaknesses of students＇ practical capability,push forward the creation of social value,and achieve the students＇ employment smoothly.
