摘　　要：目录学作为一种读书治学的工具在学术研究中发挥了重要作用。长期以来,学术界对目录学的研究或集中在对书目的补充、考证,或集中于揭示其文化价值与学术功用,很少涉及目录学在社会发展进程中的作用。近代中国社会发生了巨大变化,近代目录学的社会功用也由过去对封建统治秩序的宣传转而成为宣扬近代一系列政治革命与变法的文化工具。Academic bibliography played an important role as a tool to study in academic research. For a long time, academic research or bibliography focused on the bibliographic supplement, research, or on revealing their cultural values and academic functions, but was rarely involved in the role of bibliography in the process of social development. Modern Chinese society has undergone great changes, and the social function of modern bib- liography is also turned into propaganda to promote a political revolution of modern reform of the cultural tools from feudal ruler propaganda.
