摘　　要：１９９１年春以８９０２Ｓ为母本，以Ｗ９０５６Ｓ为父本进行杂交，同年秋季以Ｗ７４１５Ｓ为父本进行复交。经过８年南繁北育和人工气候箱筛选鉴定，以及不同生态点的分期播种试验，育成籼型光敏核不育系Ｗ９５９３Ｓ。该不育系的育性转换临界光长为１３ｈ左右，育性转换的临界温度为２３５℃。稳定不育期：在武汉长于６０ｄ，在杭州长于３０ｄ，在海南长于１２０ｄ。在武汉的播始历期为１０８～８３ｄ，主茎叶片数１５８～１４８片，株高８４～９４ｃｍ，穗长２３～２４ｃｍ，每穗１６６～１７３粒。柱头紫色，外露率７９２９％。中抗白叶枯病，感稻瘟病。An indica PGMS line 8902S as female parent was crossed with an indica TGMS line W9056S in spring,1991 The F 1 was crossed with an indica PGMS W7415S in same year A new indica PGMS line W9593S was developed through northern selection,southern multiplication,identification and selection in phytotron,and sequential sowing in different ecosystems in past eight years W9593S has about 13h of critical photoperiod point and 23 5℃ of critical temperature point of fertility alternation The stable sterile periods are longer than 60 days at Wuhan,longer than 30 days at Hangzhou and longer than 120 days at Sanya The growth duration from sowing to heading is range of 108(sowing in early April) to 83(sowing in mid-July) days at Wuhan It has 15 8～14 8 leaves on main stem,84～94 cm in plant height,23～24 cm in panicle length and 166～173 grains per panicle It has purple of stigmas and 79 29% outcrossing It is mid-resistant to bacterial blight and nonresistant to blast
