摘　　要：高校图书馆吸收义务馆员参与图书馆的管理和服务工作,为学生提高综合素质提供了实践平台,架起了图书馆与读者的桥梁,培养了图书馆的得力助手,使图书馆能为读者提供更好的服务,提高图书馆在读者心中的地位,扩大图书馆的影响力,提升图书馆的服务形象。The university library accepts voluntary librarians,who participate in the library management and services, provides a practice platform for the students＇ overall quality improvement, builds a bridge between the lih.rary and the readers ,and trains helpful assistants. Accordingly, a better service for the readers can be offered, the library＇ s status in the readers＇ hearts improved, the library＇ s influence expanded, and the service image of the library enhanced.
