血必净注射液对ICU患者血管内皮细胞的保护作用及其对ET-1、NO的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨血必净注射液对于ICU重症患者血管内皮细胞的保护作用及对血浆中内皮素-1(ET-1)和一氧化氮(NO)水平的影响。方法选择近3年入住我院ICU的重症患者80名。分为常规治疗组(对照组)和常规治疗加血必净治疗组(血必净组)各40名患者。常规治疗组患者给予常规西医综合治疗,血必净组在常规西医治疗的同时,在诊断明确后第1天给予血必净注射液100 mL静脉滴注,每天2次,共7 d。对所有患者在治疗前后检测血中循环内皮细胞数(CEC)和ET-1、NO水平,同时对所有患者进行APACHEⅡ评分。结果血必净注射液治疗组更能显著降低患者血中CEC和ET-1、NO水平,对内皮细胞起到较好的保护作用,并降低患者的APACHEⅡ评分。结论血必净注射液可以保护重症患者的内皮细胞,降低循环中ET-1和NO水平,改善重症患者的病情,对ICU重症患者起到积极的治疗作用。Objective To explore the protection of Xuebijing injection on endothelial cells,and the effect on the level of endothelin-1（ET-1） and nitric oxide（NO） for critical patients of ICU.Methods Selected 80 critical patients of our hospital ICU in the last three years,all subjects were at least met the SIRS criteria.All the patients were divided into the conventional treatment group （control group） and Xuebijing injection treatment group （Xuebijing group） 40 patients. Conventional treatment group were treated with conventional western medicine combined therapy.Xuebijing group were treated with conventional western medicine group and also wrere given Xuebijing injection when diagnosis given on the first day l,Xuebijing 100mL intravenous injection,twice a day,7 days.For all patients would blood and detect circulation endothelial cells （CEC） and ET-1,NO levels at the first and seventh day when Xuebijing injecton were given,at the same time scores all the patients with APACHE II .Results Xuebijing injection group decreased significantly CEC and the levels of ET-1 and NO,played a better protective effect for endothelial cells and reduce the patient＇s APACHE Ⅱ score.Conclusion Xuebijing injection can protect the endothelial cells and decrease the levels of ET-1 and NO of critical patients,improve the condition of critical patients,Xuebijing injection plays an active role of critical patients of ICU.
