紫外线联合中药疗法治疗寻常性银屑病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨利用窄谱中波紫外线联合中药治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法选取我科2006年3月至2009年2月收治的120寻常型银屑病患者的临床资料,随机分为两组,治疗组(60例)和对照组60(例),对照组静脉点滴复方甘草酸苷60 mg,每日1次;治疗组患者静脉点滴复方甘草酸60 mg,每日1次;另外应用中药熏蒸治疗,每天1次;窄谱中波紫外线照射,隔日1次。结果治疗组患者有效人数49例,总有效率81.67%,治愈时间为(10.28±5.6)d;观察组患者有效人数36例,总有效率为60%,治愈时间为(27.65±7.35)d。两组患者治愈率相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治愈时间相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且两组患者在治疗过程中未出现不良反应。结论应用窄谱中波紫外线和中药熏蒸联合复方甘草酸苷静脉点滴治疗银屑病疗效满意,无不良反应,值得在临床推广。Objective to explore the using narrow-spectrum medium-wave ultraviolet joint herbal treatment with psoriasis vulgaris clinical curative effect. Methods select our March 2006-2008 February of 120 patients with psoriasis vulgaris clinical data, randomly divided into two groups： treatment group （60） and control group （60）, intravenous drip compound glycyrrhizic acid, once-daily 60mg bge, Intravenous drip compound patients treated 60mg glycyrrhizic acid, once-daily, Another treatment used herbal fumigation, 1st day, Narrow-spectrum medium-wave ultraviolet ray, other times. Results the treatment group in 49 cases, the number of patients who 81.67% total effective cure time, for （10.28 ± 5.6） d, The observation group 36 cases of patients with effective number, the total effective rate is 60%, cure time for （27.65 ±7.35 ）d. Both groups was statistically significant difference compared to the cure rate （P〈0.05）, compared to cure time was statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. And the two groups of patients in the healing process without adverse reactions. Conclusion using narrow-spectrum medium-wave ultraviolet and herbal fumigation joint compound glycyrrhizic acid nucleoside psoriasis therapy efficacy with intravenous drip, no adverse reactions, worth in clinical promotion.
