摘　　要：在汽车的使用过程中,如果驱动桥漏油则后果很严重,由于漏油使驱动桥内部润滑油减少,导致机件润滑不良、冷却不足,会引起齿轮和轴承早期损坏,留下事故隐患。驱动桥内的润滑油若流至制动鼓,导致制动器蹄片与制动鼓打滑而无法制动,造成安全隐患。重点分析驱动桥漏油部位产生的主要原因,并在实际生产中提出整改措施。During the process of using the ear, there are very serious consequences if the drive axle having oil leakage. As oil leakage eaused internal lubrieant in the drive axle to reduce, poor mechanical lubrication and not enough cooling are resulted, and premature failure of gears and bearings are caused which leaving behind potential accidents. If lubricant in the drive axle flowing to the brake drum, slipping and unable to brake are caused to the brake shoes and drum, and pose a security risk. The main causes of oil spill site in the drive axle were analyzed with emphases, and corrective measures to actual production were reeonmlended.
