低右与丹参针联合治疗吸毒人员下肢深静脉血栓的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨研究低分子右旋糖酐注射液与丹参针联合治疗吸毒人员下肢深静脉血栓的效果。方法:本院2007年6月～2010年4月间收治的26例吸毒人员并发下肢深静脉血栓患者的临床治疗情况与效果进行了回溯式调查及分类对比研究。结果:经低分子右旋糖酐注射液与丹参针联合治疗后,26例患者的痊愈、显效、有效的例数分别为17、6、2;总有效率为96.2%。患者中均未发生肺栓塞或行血管切开取血栓术,且经过5～12个月的随访未发现并发症。结论:临床上联用低分子右旋糖酐注射液与丹参针对吸毒人员下肢深静脉血栓患者的治疗,二者联用效果较为显著且药性缓和副作用小,临床应用期间未见加重术后并发症现象。而且此种方法先对简单适用、副作用小,临床应用较安全,值得广泛推广。Objective： To study the effect of treating lower extremity vein thrombosis of drug addicts by low molecular weight dextran injection plus salvia needle. Methods： Surveying and studying the clinical treatment effects of 26 cases of drug adducts sutIering from lower extremity deep venous thrombosis treating in our hospital during June 2007-April 2010 among drug users were treated for complicated clinical situation of patients with a retrospective effect and the classification and comparison of survey. Results： After treating by the low molecular weight dextran injection plus salvia needle, 17 cases of patients were cured, 6 cases were markedly effective, 2 cases of were respectively effective, the total effective rate was 96.2%. The patients do not occur pulmonary embolism or perform thrombosis of vascular access surgery incision, and do not find complications after 5 to 12 months of follow-up. Conclusion： The clinical using of low molecular weight dextran injection in conjunction plus salvia needle for treating drug addicts suffering from lower limb deep vein thrombosis, had significant effect and little side effects, do not find the phenomenon of postoperative complications during the clinical application. And the type was simple application, its side effect was little, clinical application was more secure, and worth popularizing.
