逍遥散加减治疗经行情志异常42例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察逍遥散加减治疗经行情志异常的临床疗效。方法:对84例经行情志异常的病例,分为治疗组和观察组各42例。治疗组采用逍遥散加减治疗,对照组采用谷维素、维生素B6、阿普唑仑对症治疗。疗程1～3个疗程。(15～20天)。结果:治疗组治愈24例,显效15例,无效3例,总有效率92.86%。对照组治愈15例,显效13例,无效14例,总有效率66.67%。两组比较P<0.01。结论:逍遥散加减治疗经行情志异常疗效好,优于西药常规治疗。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating mood disorders before and after menstruation with plus or reduce Xiaoyao san. Methods： 84 cases patients with mood disorders before and after menstruation were devided into treatment group and control group. Each group has 42 cases. The treatment group was treated with plus or reduce Xiaoyao san, the control group was treated by oryz -anol, vitamin B6, alprazolam. Course of 1 to 3 courses （15 to 20 days）. Result： Treatment group of 24 cases were cured, 15 cases markedly, 3 cases invalid. The total effective rate was 92.86%. Control group of 15 cases were cured, 13 cases markedly, 14 cases invalid. The total effective rate was 66.67%. Compared with two groups P〈0.01. Conclusion： Treating on mood disorders before and after menstruation with plus or reduce Xiaoyao san has good effect, better than Western medicine.
