摘　　要：目的:探讨采用针刀、手法、药物综合治疗冈下肌损伤。方法:在冈下窝找准2～3个痛点进针刀,刀口线与冈下肌纤维走向平行,深度达骨面,行纵行、横行剥离、粘连严重者作切开剥高,粘连广泛作通透剥离。术毕作患侧上肢外晨、内旋、上举、后伸、旋转、对肩等手法并辅以消炎镇痛舒筋活血中西药物后续治疗。结果:经l～3次治疗全部治愈。结论:针刀、手法、药物综合治疗冈下肌损伤治疗次数少,治愈率高,简单易行,适用基层推广使用。Objective： To investigate effects of treating infraspinatus muscle injury by acupuncture, massage, medicine.
