老年收缩期高血压中医证型与Hcy关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年收缩期高血压(ISH)中医证型与Hcy关系。方法:对90例老年ISH患者进行辨证分为肝火亢盛型15例、阴虚阳亢型42例、阴阳两虚型33例,测定空腹Hcy。结果:老年ISH阴虚阳亢型、阴阳两虚型Hcy高于肝火亢盛型,有统计学意义,阴虚阳亢型与阴阳两虚型比较无差异。结论:Hcy可为老年ISH辨证分型提供客观依据。Objective： To study the senile systolic hypertension （ISH） with TCM syndrome type Hcy relationship. Methods： 90 cases senile ISH patients sufl＇ered on syndrome differentiation and divided into Kangcheng type in 15 cases, Yinxu Yangkang type 42 cases, Yiny Liangxu type 33 cases, fasting Hcy determination. Results： The elderly ISH Yinxu Yangkang type, Yinyang Liangxu type Hcy above suffered Kangcheng type, have statistical significance, Yinxu Yangkang type with Yinyang Liangxu type haven＇t difference. Conclusion： Hcy for elderly ISH typification provides an obfective basis.
