摘　　要：目的:结合老年人的生理特点和骨折的复杂性,探讨老年碎裂性Colles骨折手法复位与固定的治疗方法及机制。方法:采用郑怀贤教授传授的整复手法配合旋后掌屈位固定,对427名老年碎裂性Colles骨折治疗的回顾分析。结果:参照骨折疗效标准草案,优183例,良170例,尚可74例。取得优良率83%,尚可17%的满意疗效。结论:初步总结了郑氏手法(包括牵引、手法复位、舒筋活络)及旋后掌屈位固定的操作和机理,具有安全可靠、简便易行、功能恢复好等特点。Objective： To evaluate the method and mechanism in the reduction and fixation of colles fracture fragmentation of elder, considering the physiological characteristics of the aged and the complexity of bone fractures. Methods： 427 senile colles fracture cases treated by Zhengshi massage combining supination palmar flexion fixation were retrospect. Result： According to the Draft Standard of Fracture Treatment Assessment, 183 cases were assessed as excellent, 170 cases sound and 74 cases adequate. The good rate was 83%. Conclusion： The operation method and characteristics of Zhengshi massage （including traction, manipulative reduction and enhancing the blood circulation） and supination palmar flexion fixation were summarized as safe, reliable and easy to manipulate.
