摘　　要：以高校研究生学籍管理系统为例,首先给出了学籍管理系统的研发过程和总体设计,然后以系统中的助研助教岗位管理和档案转递管理为例给出了部分业务流程的分析和优化方法,并扼要介绍了系统数据库的概要设计和各系统模块的功能。In light of the problems confronted in informatisation construction of the universities,the graduate status management system is taken as an example.First,in terms of business process management,the research and development process as well as the overall design of the graduate status management system are presented.Then the analysis and optimisation methods on parts of the business process are illustrated by the instances in the system with regard to post management of research assistants and teaching assistants and to archives transmission management.Finally,the general design of system database and the function of each module in the system are briefly introduced.
