摘　　要：目的:探讨气管置管后并发气道新生肉芽肿的原因、诊断、治疗和预防措施。方法:回顾分析3例气管置管后并发气道肉芽肿的产生及诊治过程。结果:对3例患者分别采用了姑息法、射频法和支架法,均取得了满意的效果。结论:介入治疗是首选方案,必要时可采取姑息法。预防是减少其发生的根本手段。Objective：To investigate the causes,the means of diagnosis and treatments of tracheal neoformation after tracheostomy or tracheal intubation.Methods：The clinical datas of 3 patients with tracheal granuloma from our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results：The methods of palliation,radiofrequency and stenting were used respectively on 3 patients and the results were satisfactory.Conclusion：Interventional therapy is the best treatment for the disease.Palliative treatment can be used if necessary.Prevention is of most importance to reduce the incidence of the disease.
