摘  要:寺坪水电站引水隧洞在K0+310~K0+330段发生冒顶坍塌,直接影响隧洞施工,为了有效解决和处理冒顶段的施工问题,经对冒顶的工程地质条件和冒顶特征进行分析,决定采取超前加固措施。具体作法是从地表打灌浆孔对洞室洞顶及左、右侧墙的岩土体进行固结灌浆,但由于洞室围岩体结构松散、空隙大、漏浆严重,处理效果不佳,而后实施超长管棚支护,取得成功。A roof falling accident occurred at K0+310~K0+330 section of diversion tunnel of Siping Hydropower Station and directly influenced the tunnel construction.In order to effectively solve the problems in the section,through analysis on its engineering geological condition and roof falling characteristics,advance reinforcement is adopted and the measures are: consolidating the rock-earth body of the left and right side walls and tunnel roof by grouting from surface boreholes.However,the effects of the treatment are not satisfied because of the loose structure,large interspaces and serious mud leakage of surrounding rock body.Therefore,the over-length pipe shed is adopted to support the tunnel,which is proved to be successful in construction.
