正交试验法优选杜仲籽粕桃叶珊瑚苷提取工艺

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声法提取杜仲籽粕中桃叶珊瑚苷的最佳工艺。方法:以桃叶珊瑚苷的得率为指标,在预试验的基础上,采用正交试验法对杜仲籽粕中桃叶珊瑚苷的超声提取参数进行优化,考察提取溶剂、料液比、超声时间及提取次数对杜仲籽粕中桃叶珊瑚苷得率的影响。结果:超声法提取杜仲籽粕中桃叶珊瑚苷的最佳工艺为:体积分数为90%乙醇、料液比1∶12、超声提取2次、每次40 min。结论:通过验证试验,证明所选的工艺条件可行,在该工艺条件下杜仲籽粕中桃叶珊瑚苷的得率为5.26%。Objective：To explore the optimum extraction conditions of aucubin ultrasonic extraction process from the seed draff of Eucommia Ulmoides Oliv.Methods：With the total yield of aucubin as target,on the base of advanced experiment,the effects of the reagent,liquid ratio,optimum extraction time,and times of extraction on the total yield were studied through orthogonal experiment for ultrasonic extraction of aucubin from the seed draff of Eucommia Ulmoides Oliv.Results： The optimum extraction conditions of aucubin ultrasonic extraction from the seed draff of Eucommia Ulmoides Oliv were ： 90% ethyl alcohol,1∶12 liquid ratio,2 times of optimum extraction,extraction 40 minutes at a time.Conclusion： This method can be promoted through verification test.The result of the extraction rate of Aucubin from the seed draff of Eucommia Ulmoides Oliv is 5.26%.
