分光光度法测定杜仲雄花中总黄酮的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立杜仲雄花中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法：采用可见分光光度法,选用测定波长500 nm,以芦丁为对照品。结果：芦丁在7.6~38 g/L范围内线性关系良好,r=0.996 1。样品液Al3＋络合后1 h内稳定,平均加样回收率为101.15%,RSD为1.87%,符合要求。结论：该方法操作简便,灵敏度高,重复性好,可以用于杜仲雄花中总黄酮的含量测定。Objective：To establish a method for determining the content of the total flavonoid in Eucommia stamen.Methods：Spectrophotometry method was developed to determine the contents of total flavones,the absorption wavelength was 500 nm,and standard curve was established using Rutin as a contrast compound.Results： The absorbency and concentration of Rutin had a good linear in range of 7.6～38 g/L,r=0.996 1.Sample was stable in 1h after reactde with Al3＋.The average recovery rate was 101.15%,RSD 1.87%,which amounts to the standard.Conclusion： The method is easy,highly accurate,reproducible and it can be applied to determining total flavonoid in Eucommia stamen accurately.
