摘 要:目的:建立杜仲雄花中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法:采用可见分光光度法,选用测定波长500 nm,以芦丁为对照品。结果:芦丁在7.6~38 g/L范围内线性关系良好,r=0.996 1。样品液Al3+络合后1 h内稳定,平均加样回收率为101.15%,RSD为1.87%,符合要求。结论:该方法操作简便,灵敏度高,重复性好,可以用于杜仲雄花中总黄酮的含量测定。Objective:To establish a method for determining the content of the total flavonoid in Eucommia stamen.Methods:Spectrophotometry method was developed to determine the contents of total flavones,the absorption wavelength was 500 nm,and standard curve was established using Rutin as a contrast compound.Results: The absorbency and concentration of Rutin had a good linear in range of 7.6~38 g/L,r=0.996 1.Sample was stable in 1h after reactde with Al3+.The average recovery rate was 101.15%,RSD 1.87%,which amounts to the standard.Conclusion: The method is easy,highly accurate,reproducible and it can be applied to determining total flavonoid in Eucommia stamen accurately.
