杜仲雄花茶对高钠饮食大鼠血压的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨杜仲雄花茶对高血压的预防保健作用。方法:将50只昆明小鼠随机分为5组,分别为空白对照组、高血压模型组、杜仲平压片对照组、杜仲雄花给药高剂量组和杜仲雄花给药低剂量组。按标准给药饲养56 d后,连续3 d测定每组个体动物的血压,将3次测定结果求平均值,为大鼠最后血压。结果:与对照组比较,模型组动物的血压明显升高。与模型组相比,杜仲雄花给药高剂量组大鼠的血压明显偏低。结论:杜仲雄花茶能在一定程度上预防高钠饮食所引起大鼠血压的升高。Objective：To explore the prevention and health protection of Eucommia ulmoides male flower for high blood pressure.Methods：50 mice were divided into five groups at random,the control group,the hypertension model group,the control group with Eucommia ulmoides tablets,high dose group and low dose group with Eucommia ulmoides flower,and the blood pressure were determined after feeding and administering 3 times,56 days.The determined blood pressure was decided by the average value of blood pressure taken by 3 times.Results：The rats＇ blood pressure of hypertension model group step up in comparison with the control group.Compared with the model group,rats＇s blood pressure in the high dose group with Eucommia ulmoides male flower is lower than that of other groups.Conclusion：Eucommia ulmoides male flower tea has a certain preventive action on rat＇ blood pressure caused by high-sodium diet.
