杜仲雄花茶对小鼠镇静催眠作用的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨杜仲雄花茶对小鼠自主活动的影响和对戊巴比妥钠小鼠催眠作用的影响。方法:将40只昆明小鼠随机分为4组,分别为空白对照组、归脾丸对照组、杜仲雄花高剂量组和杜仲雄花低剂量组,按标准给药饲养14 d后,记录最后一次灌胃给药15、30、60 min后5 min内小鼠走动次数。同样的方法于末次给药后,分别腹腔注射戊巴比妥钠40 mg/kg,观察各组小鼠的睡眠潜伏期和睡眠时间。结果:杜仲雄花茶可以减少小鼠自主活动次数,并可以缩短戊巴比妥钠诱导的小鼠睡眠潜伏期,延长其睡眠时间。结论:杜仲雄花茶可以减少小鼠自主活动,并且对戊巴比妥钠诱导小鼠催眠具有协同作用。Objective：To study the effects of Eucommia ulmoides male flower on autonomic activities and the hypnosis effective of Pentobarbital of mice.Methods：40 mice were divided into four groups at random,the control group,the control group with Splenoregulating Pills,high dose group and low dose group with Eucommia ulmoides male flower tea.After the mice were given medicines at standard for 14d,the mice autonomic activities frequency were measured after administration by gastric perfusion on design dose in 5min after the last administration 15min,30min,60min.And with the same method intraperitoneal injection Pentobarbital 40mg/kg after the last administration,the hypnosis delitescence and the hours of sleep were observed.Results：Eucommia ulmoides male flower tea could reduce the mice＇s ambulation frequency,and prolong the hours of sleeping,shorten hypnosis delitescence which is caused by Pentobarbital.Conclusion：Eucommia ulmoides male flower tea could reduce the mice＇s ambulation frequency,and has synergistic reaction with Pentobarbital for mice＇s hypnosis.
