摘  要:应用无创伤性连续心排血量监测仪 ( B O M E D N C C O M 3) 监测猪在不同浓度安氟醚麻醉时血流动力学参数的变化。结果显示: 随着安氟醚吸入浓度的升高, 平均动 脉压 ( M A P) 下降556% ~3047% ( P < 001); 射血速 率指数( E V I) 下降2302% ~4532% ( P < 005~001); 心搏出量 ( S V) 和每搏指数 ( S I) 分别下降2132% ~4919% 和2530%~5204% ( P < 005~001); 心率 ( H R) 在吸入麻醉过程中显著低于基础值, 但在吸入15和20最低肺泡有效浓度( M A C) 时不再继续下降; 心输出量 ( C O) 和心脏指数 ( C I) 分别下降1949% ~4718% 和2427% ~5146% ( P <001); 射血速率指数/胸腔液体指数 ( E V I/ T F I) 下降2125% ~4808% ( P < 001); 心室射血时间 ( V E T) 虽有延长但差异不显著; 胸腔液体指数 ( T F I) 未见明显变化。实验结果表明, 安氟醚对猪心血管功能的抑制与吸入浓度有关。The hemodynamic parameters during enflurane anesthesia in pigs were determined by using a noninvasive continous cardiac output monitor BOMED NCCOM 3.As the inhaled enflurane concentration increased,the results were as follows:1)MAP(mean arterial pressure)decreased by 5 56% 30 47%(P<0 01).2)EVI(ejection velocity index)declined by 23 02% 45 32%(P<0 05 0 01).3)SV(stroke volume)and SI(stroke index)reduced by 21 32% 49 19% and 25 30% 52 04% respectively(P<0 01).4)HR(heart rate)decreased significantly throughout the period of inhalation anesthesia(P<0 05 0 01),but did not decline fruther at 1 5 and 2 0 MAC.5)CO(cardiac output)and CI(cardiac index)reduced by 19 49% 47 18% and 24 27% 51 46% respectively(P<0 01).6)EVI/TFI(ejection velocity index/thoracic fluid index)reduced by 21 25% 48 08%(P<0 01).7)VET(ventricular ejection time)lengthened in all MAC but no statistical significance was obtained.8)TFI had not changes at any concentration.Results from the experiment showed that depressed effects of enflurane on cardiovascular function were a dose dependant manner.
