摘  要:1997年在江苏省灌云县烟草中进行了吡虫啉的残留试验。烟草中残留的微量吡虫啉经过溶剂提取, 柱层析纯化, 进行高效液相色谱分析。色谱柱为 Spherisorb C18 (10 μm ) 250 m m ×46 m m ( I D); 甲醇、乙腈、水的混合液为流动相 (1m L/m in); 紫外检测波长为245 nm 。样品的添加回收率为8734% ~9275% ; 最低检测浓度为001 m g/kg。试验结果表明,吡虫啉在烟草中的消解半衰期为3~4 d 左右, 喷药一个月后, 最终残留量均低于001 m g/kg。In 1997,the determination of Imidaclapaid residues in tobacco was performed in Guanyun County,Jiangsu Province.Residues of Imidaclapaid in tobacco were extracted by solvent, purified by column chromatography,and analysed by high performance liquid chromatography.The column used was Spherisorb C 18 (10 μm),250 mm×4 6 mm(I.D),and mobile phase was methanol,acetonitrile and water mixture solvent(1 mL/min).The eluant was detected by UV absorption at 245 nm.The recovery for residues determination was 87 34% 92 75%.The detectable limit of concentration was 0 01 mg/kg.The degradation half life of Imidaelapaid was about 3 4 days.The terminal residues were all below 0 01 mg/kg 30 days after spraying.
