摘　　要：目的探讨不同方法预备钙化根管中的护理配合问题。方法回顾分析我科用化学（EDTA）根管预备、超声根管预备、牙科显微镜结合超声根管预备三种方法行钙化根管预备140例、167颗牙的护理配合资料。结果155颗牙预备成功（成功率92．81％），其中3颗牙治疗过程中发生器械折断，12颗牙不成功改做根尖切除术或拔牙术。结论合理的术前护理准备、术中的护理配合及适当术后护理是钙化根管预备成功不可忽视的因素。Objective To explore nursing collaboration in different preparation methods of calcified root canals. Methods The data on 140 palients （167 teeth） who received preparation of calcified root canals by EDTA, uhrasonic instrumentation, or dental surgical microscopy plus uhrasonic inslrumentalion were retrorespeetively analyzed. Results 155 of 167 teeth （92.82%） were successfully prepared. An accidence of instruments breaking occurred in the process of treatment for 3 teeth. Apectomy or exlraetion was carried out in 12 unsuccessfully prepared teeth. Conclusions Logical preoperative nursing preparation,intraoperative nursing collaboralion, and proper postoperative nursing is an important factor for the successful prepration of calcified root canals.
