带蒂皮瓣修复胫前皮肤缺损临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨带蒂皮瓣转移修复胫前皮肤缺损的方法选择。方法:回顾分析32例采用局部皮瓣转移修复胫前皮肤缺损的病例,包括胫骨上段皮肤缺损12例,中下段20例。分别采用隐动脉皮瓣,双蒂筋膜皮瓣修复12例、20例。结果:32例术后皮瓣成活,随访6个月至3年,内植物未发生感染和松动,骨折愈合好,疗效满意。结论:隐动脉皮瓣、双蒂筋膜皮瓣术式简单可靠,并发症少,是修复胫前皮肤缺损的理想方法之一。Objective：To explore the method for repairing anterior tibial soft-tissue defdct by transfusion of local flap.Methods：Form June 1996 to July 2010,We had treated 32 cases of anterior tibialis skin defect with saphenous flaps and bipedicled advance skin flaps,including saphenous flaps in 20 cases and bipedicled advance skin flaps in 12 cases.The location of tibial soft-tissue defect was in proximal in 20 cases,and mid-distal in 12 cases.Results：The flaps of 32 cases were survived.After 6 months to 3 years follow-up,all 32 cases were evaluated with a satisfactory result.Conclusion：Treating anterior tibialis skin defect with saphenous flaps and bipedicled advance skin flaps could be a simple and reliable method for repairing anterior tibial skin defect with few complications.
