摘　　要：阐述福建省科技合作的现况,对面临的机遇、挑战与合作的可行性与必要性进行剖析,提出在"十二五"期间,通过省际间科技交流合作,实现高新技术成果使用转化、关键技术合作研发及其生产应用、科技人才的交流与合作培养、技术咨询与诊断合作科技资源共享平台构建和会展平台构建等6方面战略重点。By presenting the status of interprovincial scientific cooperation of Fujian,and analyzing the facing opportunities,challenges and the feasibility and necessity of cooperation,this paper proposes six strategic priorities for inter-provincial scientific exchange and cooperation between Fujian and other provinces for the twelfth five-year period（2011-2015）： the transformation of high-tech achievements,cooperative research and development of key technologies and their application in production,cooperative training and exchange of scientific and technological talents,construction of resource sharing platform for technical advice and diagnosis cooperation,and construction of exhibition platform.
