摘  要:目的探讨上海市某社区张贴海报宣传脑卒中防治知识的适宜性和可行性。方法用自然观察法结合方便抽样的问卷调查,了解社区居民阅读脑卒中防治知识海报的行为和影响因素以及居民对海报的意见和建议。结果本次共调查80人,居民对海报的阅读率为3.7%,阅读时间中位数为10秒。未阅读海报的50人中,有32.0%的人以前阅读过该类海报,以此估计整个张贴周期内海报的阅读率为34.5%。阅读海报的主要原因为对海报的内容感兴趣,未阅读的主要原因为没时间。受访者建议海报设计应该画面新颖、内容简明,图文并茂,并在社区信息发布集中的地方张贴。结论海报作为宣传脑卒中防治知识的载体有一定的作用,但海报设计时应注意画面和内容,海报张贴时应注意选择合适的地点。Objective To discuss the suitability and feasibility of poster education in stroke prevention and treatment among community population in Shanghai.Methods Observation method combined with convenience sampling survey were employed to determine the behavior of reading poster in stroke prevention and treatment and its influencing factors.Comments and suggestions for the poster were also obtained.Results 3.7% residents had read the poster,and median reading time was 10 seconds.32.0% of residents had read the poster before among who did not read this time,it was estimated that 34.5% of residents read the poster in the whole post cycle.Interested in content was the main reason for poster reading,and lack of time was for not reading.Posters should be originally designed with concise content and gorgeous illustrations.Post locations should be fixed and near to the place where people gather in leisure time.Conclusions Posters have a certain effect in education of stroke prevention and treatment.In order to attract people to read,poster design and location should pay much more attention.
