摘　　要：文章根据快速城镇化发展现状,结合县城在城镇化发展中的地位和作用,通过对加强和完善县城规划管理工作的分析,提出了可持续发展的城镇化与政策导向的协同、规划建设与管理的机制更新、规划管理中的创新实践等方面的问题与对策。Based on the status quo of the development of rapid urbanization, taking into account the position and role of counties in the development of urbanization, some ideas and measures for county planning and management are put forward, including the collaboration of sustainable urbanization and policy orientation, the mechanism updating of the planning construction and management, the innovative practice of planning management and so on.
