摘　　要：文章从商业银行现阶段角色和功能的转变出发,首先确定了线性和非线性相结合的价值函数模型和初始指标,并对初始指标进行了处理,然后运用"集值迭代法"指标赋权方法对有关的指标进行赋权,设计了一种与现有评价方法不同的新的商业银行绩效评价方法,该方法兼顾了"功能性"和"协调性"商业银行绩效评价的要求,最后给出了算例。In this paper, the value function model in which the linear and nonlinear parts are integrated as well as the initial indexes is determined in view of the transformation of the role and function of modem commercial banks. Then these initial indexes are treated, and the weight of related indexes is given by the iteration method of set value. A new performance measurement system for commercial banks is presented, which is based on the criteria of functionality and coordination. A calculation example is also showed.
