摘 要:基于对陕、甘、宁三省(区)的农户调查数据,笔者分析了不同种类作物生产农户的生产技术效率水平及其差异,考察农业要素配置对技术效率的影响,并从农户意愿的角度,验证了农户的技术偏好与农业要素禀赋的关系。结果表明,西北地区的农户种植不同种类的作物,其技术效率存在较大的差异。经济作物生产农户的技术效率明显小于粮食作物生产农户,且前者技术效率的分布差异较大。农户在生产中普遍存在资金和劳动力投入饱和的现象,耕地的稀缺制约了技术效率的提高。样本农户对技术需求的偏好基本符"技术诱导理论"。Based on the investigation data from the peasant households of Shaanxi, Gansu and Ningxia, the authors analyze the production technical efficiency of households planting different varieties of crops and their differences, then review the impact of agricultural elements allocation on technical efficiency, and at last validates the relationship between households' technical preferences and their agricultural element endowment from the perspective of peasant wills. The results show that there is an obvious difference in the technical effieiencies of peasant households' planting different varieties of crops in northwest areas. The technical efficiency of the households planting economic crops is obviously less than that of the households planting cereals crops. In addition, the distribution difference of technical efficiency of the former is bigger. The capital and labor force inputs of households are commonly saturated in production, and the scarcity of land restricts the improvement in technical efficiency. The sample peasant households' preference to technological demand accords with "technology inducement theory".
