桑叶中总黄酮提取工艺的研究

摘　　要：通过单因素试验方法确定桑叶中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。实验结果表明:桑叶中总黄酮最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇回流提取,乙醇溶液浓度70%,提取温度80℃,料液比1:20,提取时间1.5h.在最佳条件下提取桑叶中总黄酮,其转移率达67%以上。Using the single-factor experiment methods,the optimum extraction process of total flavonoids from Folium moil was investigated. Our results indicate that the optimum process conditions are the ethanol hot refluxing,concentration 70%,extraction temperature 80 ℃~C,ration of solid to liquid l：20,extraction duration 1.5h.The transfer rate is over 67%.
