浅谈医疗信息系统中的数据库性能优化

摘　　要：医疗信息系统(HIS)的数据库具有吞吐量大,更新/插入/删除操作频繁,查询复杂等特点。如何使用有限的计算机系统资源为更多的用户服务,如何保证用户的响应速度和服务质量,这些问题都是属于数据库性能优化的范畴。以ORACLE数据库系统为例,首先给出HIS系统数据库性能优化策略,然后给一些解决方案。最后指出数据库性能优化是几种因素综合的结果。Hospital Information System （HIS） database has throughput is big, update/insert/delete operation is frequent, inquires the complex characteristics. How to use the computer system resources for limited more customer service, and how to ensure that the user response speed and quality of service, these problems is to belong to the category of database performance optimization. With ORACLE database system for example, first give HIS system database performance optimization strategy, and then give some solutions. At last, it points out that database performance optimization is several factors synthetically results.
