摘  要:目的分析嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌的耐药特征及耐复方甲唑相关基因的分布情况,为临床合理用药提供科学依据。方法临床分离115株嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌,采用K-B法药敏试验分析其耐药性;PCR扩增Ⅰ类整合酶、Ⅰ类整合子、sul-1、sul-2,阳性产物测序,并用blastn与GenBank中核酸序列同源性进行比较。结果嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌对甲胺培南的耐药率最高,为100%;对复方甲唑的耐药率为20.87%。在24株耐复方甲唑菌中,14株Ⅰ类整合酶阳性,12株Ⅰ类整合子阳性,13株sul-1阳性,4株sul-2阳性,1株sul-1和sul-2同时阳性。结论Ⅰ类整合子与嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌耐复方甲唑高度相关,sul-1在耐复方甲唑株的携带率较高。Objective To study the correlation between antibiotic resistance to trimethoprim - sulfamethoxazole and sull and sul2 genes in Stenotrophomonas mahophilia. Methods The antimicrobial susceptibility tests were performed in 115 strains of S. maltophilia isolated from clinical specimens by K- B method. Integrase I, integron I, sul- 1 and sul- 2 were amplified with PCR and sequenced for analysis with the BLAST algorithm in GenBank. Results The TMP/SMX - resistant rate was 20. 87% in S. maltophilia. Furthermore, the TMP/SMX resistance related genes were detected in 14, 12, 13, 4 and 1 strains with positive class I integrase, class I integron, sul - 1, sul - 2 and sul - 1 + sul - 2, respectively. Conclusion Class I integron and sul - 1 are prominant in TMP/SMX - resistant S. maltophilia.
